Grigor Demirchyan and Marina Demirchyan are fraudsters. That’s what a California jury decided when they announced that the married couple breached their fiduciary duties to, and defrauded, a client.
Grigor Demirchyan and Marina claimed that they were experts in U.S. business law and corporate structure. a client was not yet a U.S. citizen, so the married couple suggested it would be “better for business” if they listed Grigor Demirchyan as the sole owner of the company. A client agreed to follow their advice, which resulted in them defrauding him.
In August 2018, a California jury awarded a client approximately $52 million.
